"Be the One Still Standing"
Be strong, My child.
Stand as long as you can.
Storms come against you,
but you're kept safe in My hand.
Look at the trees.
Many storms they've been through.
Yet, they're still standing.
That's what you should do.
There have been other trees
that were young, and not mature.
Life knocked them down
from storms they couldn't endure.
Those who are weak,
need time to grow.
They're not grounded in My Word,
and My Son - they don't know.
Hold on to My promises,
no matter how long.
Don't break and fall.
Be the one standing strong.

God's Love in Poetry
*Many of my poems are not published on this website; this is one of my older poems, written 20 years ago, which seems fitting for these last days, to stay strong until the coming of the Lord.
